3 to 4PM: Buti Basics: All About Buti Yoga Workshop

Ever wanted to try Buti Yoga but have been too scared to try? Are you a Butisattva who just wants to learn a little more? Join Matt for a 60 minute workshop covering the essentials of Buti Yoga. Learn all about Buti, the movements, the unique chakra series and release your inner tribal being. Participants will leave with a better understanding of Buti and tools to add to their current practice.

Moon Mothers & Moon Daughters with Jocelyn Mercado

With an emphasis on empowering our girls and young women, honoring their beauty, inside and out, we will gather. To honor their feminine essence and power as creators of their lives and the future of our world. So that our girls and young women can step fully into their own unique brilliance with a deeply-seated confidence and self-trust.
Join us from 4 to 5:30PM for our first gathering, in which each participant will create their Moondala ~ a mandala that reflects her moon sign and the phase of the moon at her birth. It will be a fun, relaxing, and creative project for everyone!

— For a mom + 1 daughter: $25
— For a mom + 2 daughters: $35

Symbolically winter invites us to quiet the mind, still the soul, and crystallize our inner workings. Restorative yoga is a gentle, supported opportunity to truly rest your body and your mind. A wonderful complement to the more active practice of yoga, restorative yoga uses a passive sequence of poses, supported by bolsters, blankets and other props. The practice of restorative yoga is meant to provide a safe space to deeply relax your body, quiet your mind, counteract your body’s response to stress and balance your energy so that you are able to meet your life feeling refreshed and relaxed.
